Furnished family apartment with sauna and climbing children's room in an old building in Kölner Südstadt.
We are a family from Kölner Südstadt and will be traveling during parental leave.

For this period, we are looking for a nice family who will feel as comfortable in our apartment as we do.
The apartment is on the 4th floor without an elevator and features several highlights, such as the spacious eat-in kitchen - our favorite room for cooking, eating, and playing, plus a large living room, a bedroom with a large double bed (2 × 2 m), a children's room with a climbing wall, climbing walls, and ceiling hooks for a swing or rings - where the children also play on rainy days, a newly renovated bathroom with a private sauna - to be completed by December, a separate guest toilet, and a small balcony. Additionally, there is space for bicycles in the courtyard.

Our great apartment is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, internet, rowing machine, electric piano, and a large kitchen with everything you need. It offers many sleeping places in a double bed measuring 2 × 2 m, an additional mattress 2 × 2 m, and a fold-out sofa bed, so there is space for at least 6 people. Additional beds, e.g. children's beds, can be arranged as needed.
Our children's toys may also be used, including the Legos.

The apartment is located on Ubierring and thus near Chlodwigplatz, right in the lively Severinsviertel. The Rhine riverbank, Friedenspark, and Römerpark are within walking distance, as are bakeries, weekly markets, cafés, and playgrounds. Bus and train stops are just around the corner, and the city center is reachable within a few minutes.
