Description
From February 2027 to February 2028 we are subletting our apartment in Münster's Südviertel for twelve months. We are going abroad for a little over a year and leave everything needed for living. Whoever moves in here arrives with a suitcase and is at home on the first evening.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor and has approx. 56 m² (estimated). From the hallway you access the bathroom, bedroom, office and living room. The kitchen is open to the living room, from there you go out onto the balcony.
The living room has a large corner sofa, a dining area by the window, a display cabinet and a sideboard. The office has two full workstations, one of them electrically height-adjustable, with a total of three monitors and a docking station. There is also a reading chair. The bedroom has a double bed, a chest of drawers and a large mirror.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, dishes, pots, pans and all utensils. Bed linen, duvets and pillows are provided, WLAN is set up. Washing machine and dryer in the building as well as a large garden can be used.
Total rent 1,200 € per month including furniture, additional costs and internet. Electricity and gas are on separate contracts. For one or two persons, non-smoking apartment, no pets.
The apartment is located in Südviertel, one of Münster's most popular residential areas. Main station, old town and Aasee lake are reachable by bike in a few minutes. Shopping facilities, cafés and bakeries are in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment is handed over exclusively fully furnished and with complete equipment. Renting without furniture is not possible. In return, you get a home where you arrive and immediately live: unpack your suitcase, done. No assembling, no buying furniture, no moving stress.
The rental period is at least twelve months from February 2027 to February 2028. A shorter term is not possible.
