In Leonis, our student accommodation in Münster, you live in a perfect location: only a few minutes away from the city centre and the university. You are accommodated in one of 182 modernly equipped student apartments in a charming building. You can choose between a studio or a shared flat for two. If you are looking for something special with a view, rent one of our Attic Apartments. Sloping ceilings and large skylights create a particularly cosy atmosphere.
This approx. 20 m² studio has a 100x200cm bed with mattress, desk and chair, dining table and stools, kitchenette with two ceramic hobs, microwave, sink and fridge, a large bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC as well as plenty of built-in cupboards, shelves, wardrobes and, of course, lighting.
Our rentals are all-inclusive, i.e. water, electricity, gas and high-speed LAN & WiFi are already included in the rental price.
Also included are our common rooms, which invite you to linger with friends, and our varied event programme, which we offer all residents.
Our great on-site service team is available for you every day of the week between 9 am and 7 pm.

How we arrange this apartment for you
