With a living area of approx. 24 m², the apartment offers everything needed for daily study life. Thanks to the existing furnishings, it is ideal for an uncomplicated move-in.
Important: The apartment is rented exclusively to enrolled students of DHBW during the B-Phase. A corresponding enrollment certificate must be presented.
The rental is always for three months according to the DHBW phases, for example from January to March as well as from July to September. Also gladly until the end of the studies.
This is a non-smoking apartment.
The advance payment for additional costs is 120 € per month, of which 60 € are for heating costs. Internet (approx. 35 €) and electricity (approx. 40 €) are not included.
