We are renting out our beautiful apartment for almost 12 months because we will be traveling next year and would like to return afterwards :)

The rental period is from February 1, 2027 to January 15, 2028. We are looking for a kind person who will stay in the apartment for the entire period. Moving in before 1.2.27 is not possible.

The apartment is very quiet and green. It is located on the edge of Dierkow very close to the city center. The Petridamm train stop is only a 2-3 minute walk away.

The apartment is about 72 m2, has a large living room with kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and window, a large hallway and a storage room.

There is also a private parking space in the carport.

The kitchen has everything you need: a large dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer compartment, stove and oven. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom.

Edeka, Rossmann and Lidl are within 5 minutes walking distance.

You can get to the city center very quickly, but it is still quiet because it is a closed property where a total of 3 parties live.

We would prefer to rent the apartment furnished, except for the mattress and the sofa.

The rent including utilities is 950€, all additional costs are included.

Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
