Apartment
The apartment offers a sleeping area and living/dining room with a small balcony, bathroom with toilet and shower. The kitchen in the dining and living area is fully equipped. Some photos may be mirrored - the neighboring apartment is identical.

The room has a desk, wardrobe, TV and network connection. The floor-to-ceiling windows bring plenty of light and a view of the beautiful garden. There is a small balcony facing southeast.

The garden with barbecue area may be used.

Washing machine (metered - 3 EUR per wash), condenser dryer and drying room are available in the communal basement, as well as bicycle parking spaces in front of the apartments.

Service flat rate: Bathroom and hallways are cleaned about once a week by the landlord. A caretaker takes care of central waste disposal, repairs etc. (additional costs)

Parking space additionally 25 EUR. Applicants WITHOUT their own car are preferred.

If occupied by a second person, we have to allocate additional incidental costs of 80 EUR flat rate (extra consumption).

All incidental costs except fees for public broadcasters (GEZ) are included in the cold rent.

Location
Public transport connection is optimal: 3 connections to FN per hour reachable within 3 minutes on foot.

a) Train station 2 minutes with the FN-Kluftern stop, served hourly (FN, Markdorf, Überlingen, Radolfzell) with a stop at ZU-Seemoos.

b) Bus stop 3 minutes:

Bus 11 hourly in each direction - line FN-Markdorf with stop at Fallenbrunnen (DHBW, ZU)

Bus 12 and X12, each hourly in each direction - line FN - Markdorf

c) At the town hall 10 minutes: bus to Immenstaad (EADS, Bosch ...)

d) Bicycle at the door: to DHBW about 20 minutes, EADS 10 minutes - depending on leg power!!!

Lake Constance (Fischbach) with the beer garden "Stärr Schorsch" directly on the lake is 3.5 km away - accessible via Blütenweg, by bike in 10 minutes.

Other
The location is on the outskirts and quiet - so you can start your jogging round right outside the door. A fitness studio is a stone's throw away (please don't do it).

In the town center (about 500 m) there is a tasty bakery, a butcher, a pharmacy and a small supermarket with a fresh food counter.

We have a WhatsApp group where agreements, appointments or improvement suggestions are discussed... or simply reminders for garbage collection. ;-)

The landlady lives next door - so she is easily reachable for all questions. Technical or other challenges are always resolved quickly!
