This dream property has a lot to offer. The style mix of a listed old building and the open, modern living concept, combined with first-class equipment, gives the apartment its very special character. Every room was designed with great attention to detail and individually. The apartment also includes a beautifully landscaped garden (approx. 140 m²) facing south, an embedded terrace, and a small front garden with seating area.

In the garden floor basement, you are welcomed by a spacious hallway with vaulted ceiling. Due to the open design and the mostly exposed brickwork, the rooms feel very inviting and charismatic at any time of day. The entire apartment is equipped with high-quality solid wood plank parquet flooring.

The combined living and sleeping area adjoins the spacious bathroom. The freestanding bathtub and walk-in shower will delight you. Soft daylight falls into the interior from the skylight ceiling, perfectly complementing the integrated lighting system.

The kitchen is also first-class and unconventional. The successful combination of modern and old elements, such as the modern kitchen island next to the old wooden kitchen stove, creates a great cooking atmosphere. In the spa area with a lounger in the anteroom and a tepidarium (approx. 40° C warm), you can relax and unwind from everyday life. In both rooms, you can listen to your music via B&O speakers and take a shower in the adjacent bathroom.
