I am looking for a new tenant from 01.09.2026 for a fully furnished 1-room apartment in the new building. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, is about 18 m² in size, quiet and clean, and intended for one person.
The apartment will be handed over without personal belongings. The equipment includes a 120 × 200 cm bed with mattress, desk and chair, a large wardrobe, a small dining table, and a mirror in the entrance area. The private kitchenette has a refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, sink, storage space, and a ceramic hob with two cooking zones. The private bathroom has a shower with glass door, toilet, washbasin, mirror, ventilation, and towel radiator. Also available: central heating with radiator, blinds, intercom system, smoke detector, and own Wi-Fi router.
The total warm rent is 1,296 € monthly: 1,000 € cold rent plus 296 € additional costs. This includes all running costs including internet. The deposit is 3,096 €.
The rental contract will be officially and directly concluded with the operator THE FIZZ; this is not a private sublease. I coordinate the search for a new tenant and forward the first fully suitable application through the official process. No advance payments are made to me; payments only to the recipient named in the contract.
The contract is unlimited. The minimum commitment runs until 30.09.2027; after that, the tenancy can be continued without a fixed end date. Move-in from 01.08.2026, later only if the apartment is still available then.
Suitable for students, participants of Studienkolleg, trainees, interns, doctoral candidates, and international applicants. ID, proof of status, and private liability insurance are required. A SCHUFA credit check is not required.
The building offers a roof terrace, lounge and common rooms, study room, gaming/pool area, bicycle cellar, and a communal laundry room with washing machines and dryers (AppWash). Reception/house management is available Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00; there is also parcel acceptance, technical support, and an international community with events. There are good public parking options nearby; a fixed parking space is not included with the apartment.
U1 Gern about 10 minutes on foot, bus 144 directly in front of the building, tram 20/21 about 7 minutes on foot with direct connection to the city center. Two EDEKA markets, DHL, Sparkasse, and two pharmacies are nearby.
