The 3-room apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood in Obergiesing. The living room features a comfortable sofa for relaxing, as well as a dining area where you can enjoy meals with the whole family. The bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe offering plenty of storage space. The children's room, which can also be used as a guest or study room, has two single beds and two workstations. In the bright and fully equipped kitchen, you can enjoy your morning coffee. In addition to the bathroom with shower, washing machine, and dryer, there is a separate toilet.

A highlight is the convenient location regarding public transport and cars. Giesinger Bahnhof can be reached within 5 minutes by bus and tram. With tram line 18, which is a 5-minute walk from the apartment, you can reach the stops Sendlinger Tor and Karlsplatz (Stachus) within 15 minutes (from there access to all S- and U-Bahn lines). From Giesinger Bahnhof, there are various connections such as subway lines U2 and U7, bus lines 139, 59, and 54, and S-Bahn lines S3 and S7, which also lead directly to Munich city center. By car, you can reach the A8 or the Mittlerer Ring within 5 minutes.

Independent of public transport, there are also two supermarkets, an organic store, several bakeries, a pharmacy, and a health center at Giesinger Bahnhof. For nature lovers, the recreational area Perlacher Forst is about 10 minutes away.
