Furnished room in a 6-person student flat share - no fraternity!

Room
A furnished room is available in a large ground-floor flat. The room measures 25 m2. The tenancy agreement is for a fixed term from 1 October 2026 until 31 August 2027 at the latest.

Location
The Ackermann bus stop is 260 metres’ walk from the flat. Bus routes 1, 10, E10, E11, N80 and T10 stop there. The distance to the Coesfelder Kreuz (Mensa I) is 4300 metres. Most of the natural science and medical institutes are a little closer. The University Hospital (3600 metres) and the lecture theatre buildings by the Aasee (4800 metres) are also very easily reached by bike.

The distances given are the actual distances to be covered by bike, not as the crow flies!

Flatshare life
The flat is on the ground floor of a multi-family house with a very large garden. The house is mostly inhabited by students. On the 1st floor there is a 3-person flatshare which is also rented to students and under the roof there are two apartments also rented to students. Shared use of the garden of more than 2000 m2 is possible under certain conditions. Currently, 4 students live in the flatshare: a 19-year-old geoinformatics student, a 19-year-old teaching student (sports and maths), a 23-year-old economics student and a 25-year-old sports student.
