The private room is 15.55 square meters, partially furnished, and has its own south-facing balcony with a cozy lounge and a view of the quiet courtyard. In the apartment, you share the spacious living room, kitchen, and bathroom, and you have your own office workspace in the study.

The room's furnishings include a large bed, a bedside table, a seating area, and a display cabinet with drawers. An awning provides pleasant shade on your balcony.

The monthly all-inclusive total rent is 695 euros. This includes cold rent, operating costs, electricity, gas, internet, broadcasting fee, cleaning service, and a small furniture surcharge. No additional monthly costs apply.

Location
The apartment is quietly located near a green area. The Berlepschstraße tram stop is a three to five-minute walk away, the Rotes Kreuz stop about six minutes on foot. The city center is seven tram minutes away, Wilhelmshöhe train station fifteen minutes on foot. Bebelplatz, the weekly market at Kirchweg, bakeries, pharmacies, supermarkets, and the post office are ten minutes away. A hospital is five to seven minutes away.

Shared Apartment Life
I wish for a quiet, considerate female roommate who is interested in a friendly and uncomplicated coexistence. A brief exchange, occasional shared meals, or a series night would be nice but are not a must. It is equally important that everyone has their own personal space, communicates openly, and takes responsibility for the shared rooms.

I am quite busy professionally and otherwise like to be active: doing yoga or Pilates, attending demonstrations, or interesting events. I enjoy cycling, cooking healthy meals, and generally trying to do as much good for my body as possible. I do not smoke or drink alcohol but eat everything. Currently, I am also doing further training in systemic coaching.

My partner lives in Austria. I will probably visit him once a month, and he will be in Kassel about once a month. I am also usually traveling on vacation, so you would regularly have the apartment to yourself.
