The entire apartment has a generous 101 m2 shared by only three people. Especially nice are the unusually spacious bathroom with a corner bathtub and shell shower, as well as the high-quality fitted kitchen with Gaggenau appliances. An additional loggia is also part of the communal areas.

There is space here to sit together, but also enough opportunities to retreat.

Location
The apartment is centrally located on Sedanstraße in Friedrichshafen. The small train station and Edeka can be reached in about three minutes on foot. Shopping and trips by public transport can be easily managed.

The main train station is about 5 minutes away. The lakeside promenade is also reachable within a few minutes on foot (about 5 minutes).

There are also parking options for one car in our courtyard.
