I am looking for a tenant to take over the lease for my furnished apartment, where I have lived for the past three years.

It is a bright, well-maintained apartment on the garden level. Due to its slightly lower position, the apartment stays pleasantly cool in summer and still receives plenty of daylight thanks to the large windows.

The apartment is intended for one person and is offered fully furnished.

Personal items such as plants, bedding, electronic devices, etc. are not part of the rental agreement and will be removed before moving in.

The separate fitted kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, cookware, dining table, two folding chairs, and a separate storage area. Unfortunately, there is no washing machine connection, but the nearby laundromat is easily accessible by tram or bicycle.

There is a place to park a bicycle in front of the entrance and secure it to the wall with a bike lock.

Location
The apartment is located in Nordweststadt in a quiet area. Free street parking is available on the road.

The city center can be easily reached from the apartment by tram or bicycle.

The tram stop is an 8-minute walk away. By bicycle, it takes about 10 minutes to reach the city center and 15 minutes to the university.

Nearby supermarkets are within a 10-minute walk, and there is a market twice a week in the immediate vicinity.

The old airfield nearby is a great place for walking or running today.

Rent & Deposit:

The monthly all-inclusive rent is a flat rate of 665€. This includes utilities (electricity, water, and gas).

Internet is not included and must be arranged independently if desired.

Additionally, a deposit of 1300€ is required to secure the rent and furniture.
