The bright attic apartment is fully equipped with everything that makes a modern apartment. It extends over the entire top floor of the multi-family house, was built in 2015 and extensively renovated. It is centrally located yet very quiet with a wide view of the greenery over old Ramersdorf. Despite the great view and large window fronts, the apartment is not visible from outside. From the southwest-facing roof terrace, you can enjoy the sun all day until sunset. In the morning, you can experience the sunrise with a cappuccino at the kitchen counter. A Waterrower and a NOHRD Bike ensure daily fitness. Additionally, tenants have access to a separate bicycle garage by arrangement.
The apartment is centrally located and borders Haidhausen. With the location between U-Bahn Karl Preis Platz (U2,7,8) and Innsbrucker Ring (U2,5,7,8), there is very good access to public transport. Via the Salzburg motorway, you can reach Tegernsee within 30 minutes. Doctors, supermarkets, and daily necessities shops are within a few minutes' walk, and on the ground floor, there is a bakery with a street café and an Indian restaurant, both with outdoor terraces. Those who want to enjoy nightlife can discover bars, restaurants, and clubs in the nearby (10 minutes on foot) Werksviertel or go to the neighboring Haidhausen.
