Workspace will be set up according to your wishes before moving in, internet with 100 Mbit/s download and 40 Mbit/s upload speed, washer-dryer and dishwasher. Dishes, towels, and bed linen are provided, you only need your suitcase.

In the middle of the Old Town and yet quiet. It is a five-minute walk to the Rhine promenade, and just a few minutes to Carlsplatz with its market and to Königsallee.

Restaurants, bars (the well-known Eiskeller wine bar is 100m away), theaters, the art collection at Grabbeplatz, and the Kunstpalast area are within walking distance. The Heinrich-Heine-Allee and Tonhalle subway stations are both reachable within a few minutes on foot and connect you directly to the main station, the exhibition grounds, and the arena without changing trains.

The airport is reachable by train in about 25 minutes, the Medienhafen in about 20 minutes on foot.
