This 3-room apartment with a great balcony is located on the 2nd floor of our well-maintained multi-family house in the beautiful Märchenviertel. We are currently modernizing the apartment and equipping the bathroom with a walk-in shower. The floors will be laid with real wood parquet, the kitchen with tiles. Furthermore, we are updating the apartment's electrical system to the latest standards. The walls will be prepared for wallpapering, so they can be individually designed by you.

Niederzwehren, in the south of the city, is one of the largest districts of Kassel with a historical past. The storyteller Dorothea Viehmann lived here, to whom the Brothers Grimm owed many stories. Today, a large retail and service center with numerous gastronomic offerings ensures modernity and liveliness.

Half of Niederzwehren's area is undeveloped and used for agricultural purposes. The developed area is divided into three districts. The residential area around Leuschnerstraße is characterized by multi-family houses and is located near the main traffic artery Frankfurter Straße.

The Rosengarten residential district is a young area with single-family houses. In the Niederzwehren district, the core of the former farming and crafts village Niederzwehren, many half-timbered buildings around the imposing defensive tower of Matthäuskirche in the so-called Märchenviertel have been excellently preserved in restored condition.

Niederzwehren is excellently connected to the city center via Frankfurter Straße. Trams and buses run here, and numerous retail and service businesses have settled. Among them is the well-known and spacious DEZ shopping center. In addition to smaller commercial areas, the district has schools, churches, and recreational facilities.
