In our approximately 100 sqm old building apartment on Talstraße in a perfect location in Alt-Saarbrücken, a room will be available from December 1, 2026. The room is about 23 sqm and fully furnished. It has 2 windows and is therefore nice and bright. Both windows have roller shutters.

The apartment is on the 1st floor and has 4 differently sized shared flat rooms, a living kitchen with fitted kitchen including dishwasher, a bathroom, a storage room, a balcony (accessible from the hallway), and a garden belonging to the apartment. The entire apartment has the typical high ceilings of old buildings, which create a great living atmosphere. In the basement, there is a laundry and drying room with a separate washing machine for the shared flat.

All rooms are very individual and stylishly furnished so that you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is equipped with a broadband connection, the costs are already included in the warm rent. Staircase cleaning is also included in the rent. You can move in without having to worry much about organizational matters.

All utility costs are included in the rent, and you do not pay any compensation, e.g., for purchasing a new washing machine. There will also be no additional payments so that you can better plan your budget.

Please note that the rooms are rented exclusively to women.

Location
The apartment is located on Talstraße near Saarbrücken Castle and the government district. The Saarbrücken city center can be reached on foot in 15 minutes via the Bismarck Bridge and the pedestrian bridge. By bike, it is of course even faster. The Saar river is only a few minutes away.

If you want to live centrally in Alt-Saarbrücken near the city center but still away from the hustle and bustle with a balcony and garden, this is the right place.

Several bus lines run on Talstraße, and the bus stop is just a few meters away. With the bus, you can get to the university every 7-10 minutes.
