The apartment comprises a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen with dining area, a spacious hallway, and a bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet, and washing machine connection. A guest toilet is located on the stairs down to the basement, and another one is in the basement itself.

The basement room is accessed directly from the apartment via the stairs. It is not intended for residential use and is ideally suited as a work, hobby, or storage space; through its own garden access, it connects the apartment with the greenery behind the house.
