Looking for a new tenant for a cozy 61 sqm apartment on the 2nd floor in Schenefeld.

The apartment has a hallway with space for a spacious wardrobe. From the hallway at the entrance, there is a storage room with light and socket, where for example a freezer and an additional shelf can fit. Then there is a bedroom where a 1.80 m wide bed and a wall unit fit without any problems.
The bathroom is square, interior, and has a space for a washing machine (optionally a dryer can be placed above it, a suitable socket is available) as well as a bathtub with a partition.
The half room is next to the bedroom and is ideal as an office, small hobby room, or dressing room.
Finally, you enter the bright living area with an open kitchen. You face the window front from which the balcony with an awning also extends.
The kitchen is open with a small counter and features an induction cooktop, oven, 40 cm dishwasher, microwave, and a built-in fridge-freezer combination.

The rental process is as follows:
First, a completed self-disclosure form is required.
Based on this, I invite interested tenants for a viewing according to the landlord's specifications.
After a positive viewing, a positive Schufa report, proof of income for the last 3 months, and a certificate of no rent arrears from the previous landlord are required.
I then send these documents to my landlord who decides who is eligible. Those selected will be invited for another viewing so that the parties have the opportunity to get to know each other.

Within walking distance is the shopping center "Staddi" as well as bus stops where lines 2, 185, 184, and 285 depart, providing good connections to Hamburg, Pinneberg, and Halstenbek, and there is access to the S-Bahn.
For relaxation in nature, there is the hiking trail along the Düpenau just around the corner from the apartment.

In Staddi, besides numerous shops, dining options, and pharmacies, there is a large Rewe, a Rossmann, and various doctors.
In the other direction from Kiebitzweg, there is also an Aldi, Penny, and another Rewe.
