I am looking for a new tenant for my 2-room apartment in Alt-Saarbrücken starting 01.12.2026 or earlier by arrangement.
The apartment is in very well-maintained condition and is located in a good area. The "Roonstraße" stop in Alt-Saarbrücken is a 1-minute walk away.
Important information about the apartment:
- The apartment will be freshly painted before I move out.
- The furniture shown in the pictures does not belong to the apartment and will be removed before handover.
- The fitted kitchen including electrical appliances is part of the apartment and already included in the rent.
- The large mirrored cabinet in the hallway is also part of the apartment and already included in the rent.
- Electricity, water, and heating must be registered by the tenant. My previous costs for these were about 150 € per month in total, depending on individual consumption.

The following documents are required from interested parties:
- The last three payslips
- A completed tenant self-disclosure form
- An employment contract or proof of sufficient net income
- A SCHUFA report without negative entries
