The modernized residential buildings are located in the Schulau district, southeast of Wedel's old town, close to the Elbe. The city of Wedel borders directly on the western Hamburg city limit and is thus very well connected to the Hanseatic city. With its own harbor, airport, and good public transport connections, the infrastructure is very good. You can also quickly reach your destination near and far by car via the nearby federal road 431 (access to A7).
The vast nature of the Elbe marshes and the many recreational opportunities make Wedel an attractive and pleasant place to live.
