The previous tenant worked as an engineer at Swarm Kassel and will move out shortly as she is starting a new job. The tenant requirements can be found below. Please note: The apartment will be available at short notice.

The furniture shown belongs to the current tenant and will not be included (except the kitchen furniture).

The rear building also belongs to us; the courtyard with garden is therefore exclusively available to our tenants for barbecuing, drying laundry, or relaxing.

There is an underground garage in the building. If needed, the smaller parking space costs 80 euros, the larger one 120 euros.

The building has just been renovated; all apartments are in excellent condition.

It is important to us to have reliable tenants who feel comfortable with us.

We need the following information from you:

1) Who wants to move in when and with how many people?

2) Where are you professionally employed? (No job center benefits!)

3) Pets?

4) Smokers?

5) Reason for moving.

Important notes:

1) Additional costs are billed based on consumption.

2) Laundry room (for washing machine and dryer) available.

3) Bicycle parking available. No private cellar room in the building; however, a cellar room can be rented in the neighboring building for 40 euros if needed.

4) Staircase cleaning etc. by an external company.

5) Heating via gas central heating.
