Oriented towards the first morning sun in the east and midday sun in the south.

The location is quiet, with a view of greenery, directly by the river. The forest is about a 5-minute walk away.

We live in the house ourselves, two friends and a dog, each in their own apartments. There is a small vegetable garden, and the neighborhood is lively and friendly. Overall, it is a quiet house with considerate residents. Kaufungen is a community with active village life and a great volunteer cultural village program (www.dorfleben-kaufungen.de) based on donations from the neighborhood for the neighborhood.

For long walks, you quickly reach forest and fields, and tram number 4 runs regularly (every 15 minutes on weekdays). By bike, it takes about 30-40 minutes to Kassel.

The apartment in the Niederkaufungen district is located directly on the village's small river, a 5-minute walk to the forest as well as to the nearest tram stop (tram number 4, stop: Niederkaufungen Mitte) and all shops (bakery, butcher, Rewe, Aldi, Rossmann, pharmacy, gas station). The beautiful half-timbered house is in the old village center, the municipality (with farm shop, kindergarten, and elderly care) is only a few hundred meters away, and by bike you can reach Kassel city center well within 30 minutes.
