the loft bed room, 24 square meters including loft bed, is still available. Please send an email via wg-gesucht or leave a message on the answering machine (see contact information), I am usually reachable from 1 pm.

The available room is located in a beautiful 4-story Art Nouveau villa (built around 1903), which stands in a quiet side street of Wilhelmshöher Allee, next to the Volkshochschule park, on the 2nd floor.

The room has a floor area of approx. 25m2 plus approx. 8m2 as a loft bed over 4 meters in length. The room height is over three meters. Two very large windows with blinds, built-in shelves, wardrobe matched to the wooden construction! The villa has many different rooms and overall there is an apartment atmosphere and the stone walls are thick, so you do not have to worry about noise or similar. The ambiance is very nice and the location very central. Dryer and dishwasher are available. The villa Antonia (where Peter - Scholl Latour once lived) is heated by a central oil heating system. The large kitchen has everything you need for cooking, eating and living (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, pots, cups, etc.). Location
The house is located in the Mitte district and is 1 minute from the Weigelstraße stop (lines 1, 3 and 7). Tegut, Rewe and Penny are right around the corner. The same applies to the city center (1 stop from the town hall) as well as Friedrich-Ebertstraße (5 minutes on foot). Another plus is the proximity to Wilhelmshöhe station (8 minutes by tram). The tram is right around the corner, as is a bakery. The Volkshochschule park starts directly behind the house. Another park at Weinberg is reachable in 5 minutes, from there over a bridge and you are already in the Karlsaue.

Shared flat life
Interesting conversations take place in the kitchen, which is large and cozy. Occasionally we have shared meals. The kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances you need (fridges, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, etc.), cleaned once a week.

In summer you can barbecue in the garden and there is a covered parking space for bicycles.
