We are currently a 5-person shared apartment (working professionals).
We have a harmonious, quiet atmosphere. We are not a party shared apartment but highly value our relaxed coexistence. No one here objects to a cozy get-together or a small, previously agreed party, as long as the basic need for peace and order is respected.
Important: Since we are all non-smokers, smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire apartment.
