The room faces the quiet inner courtyard.

A new roommate is sought for the 30m2 room in this shared apartment (it can also be occupied by 2 people).

The bathroom has a small toilet room separated by a door, and the bathroom with natural light contains the shower and a washbasin with a cabinet underneath. The fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove with 4 burners, refrigerator with freezer compartment, several kitchen cabinets, and an additional individual worktop above a kitchen buffet cabinet also has a cozy dining/work table with seating for 3-4 people.

The apartment has a total of 2 very large rooms. The available room 1 is 30m2 and is furnished with a queen-size double bed (140*200cm) with a high-quality barrel spring mattress, wardrobe, desk, and a sofa bed. Due to the size of the room, placing your own furniture is possible without problems. This room can be occupied by 1 or 2 people.

If occupied by 2 people, the monthly (flat-rate) operating costs increase by 100€.

The additional costs include, besides all usual operating costs, internet (WiFi and LAN access point in the apartment), water, and heating.

In the basement, there is a laundry room with washing machines and dryers that can be booked via an app and paid for with a small fee.

There is a statutory notice period.
