Ich suche zum 01.01.2027 einen Nachmieter für meine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in einer richtig schönen Ecke von Frankfurt. Die Wohnung liegt im 3. OG (Aufzug ist vorhanden), hat ungefähr 40 qm und ist wirklich hell, weil gegenüber kein Haus steht, das einem das Licht wegnimmt, man sieht das auf den Bildern eigentlich ganz gut. Kleiner Balkon ist auch vorhanden.
Ein Punkt der mir wichtig ist, ich hatte selbst damals vom Vormieter vieles übernommen und eine entsprechende Ablöse gezahlt, unter anderem für den Boden, ein hochwertiges Laminat das über den alten Linoleumboden verlegt wurde, für die komplette Küche inklusive Kühlschrank, 4-Platten-Herd und Backofen, sowie für die Möblierung wie Kleiderschrank, Kommoden, Schlafcouch, Schreibtisch, Regale, Sideboard, Teppich und Fernseher. Genau das gebe ich jetzt weiter, ich möchte auf diesen Kosten nicht sitzen bleiben, deswegen ist die Übernahme all dessen gegen eine Ablöse von 4.500 € Bedingung und keine Option.
Bei der Miete handelt es sich um eine Staffelmiete mit einer jährlichen Erhöhung von 2,5 %.
Was ich mir von Interessenten wünsche, ein unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag und ein Nettogehalt von mindestens dem 3-fachen der Gesamtmiete.
