Since the current subtenant will move out of the apartment at the end of October, I am offering my beloved apartment in a central location in Bochum (corner of Jahrhunderthalle / Westpark) from December 2026.
My small sweet apartment accompanied me for 8 years through my law studies at RUB. From here, I could also easily take a few steps into the city and walk to the Bermuda Triangle.

The apartment was completely renovated before my move-in, features a newly tiled (small) bathroom without a window, a shower as long as a bathtub, sliding partition, a kitchen/living area, a separate bedroom, and a small storage room.
The floor was also newly laid when I moved in, as well as the radiators and windows renewed.
Despite the central location, it is very quiet here.

The building is an 8-unit house.

The apartment has a small balcony, shared garden use, and a washing machine space in the basement.
No basement storage space!

I would like to rent to a female student temporarily who studies in Bochum, as the apartment is also furnished in a feminine style. I am very flexible regarding the rental period, but at least 3 months.

Included in the rent are electricity, GEZ (broadcasting fee), internet. Also included is the following furniture:

The other furniture in the photos (USM shelf / couch table / bar cart) is no longer included.

The property is located in the Bochum district Mitte, more precisely in the historic quarter of the Krupp works. The connection to public transport is excellent through various S-Bahn, U-Bahn, bus, and tram lines such as 345 or 302. The neighborhood presents itself as a lively mix of residential and commercial areas, offering good infrastructure and a pleasant community for various age groups.
