The apartment impresses with an open and very bright floor plan. A fully equipped, high-quality fitted kitchen is already available. The barrier-free bathroom offers comfort and safety and is also well suited for comprehensive support needs.

The apartment is equipped with oak parquet flooring and is heated by underfloor heating.

Floor-to-ceiling windows and the loggia give the apartment its openness and allow a direct view of the Phoenix Lake.
