The approx. 54 sqm living space is divided into 2 bright living rooms, a hallway, an unfurnished kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub and window. The balcony invites you to sunbathe and relax. The walls are wallpapered and painted white. The flooring is a low-maintenance wood-look covering. The bathroom and kitchen were renovated in 2022, with fixtures and tiles also renewed. Heating and hot water are provided by a gas floor heating system. Please note that additional costs will arise here.
A private cellar room offers you extra storage space and allows for better use.
The fitted kitchen shown in the photo can be taken over from the current tenants.
