This 3-room apartment with a practical storage room is located on the first floor of our well-maintained multi-family house, which is situated directly on the Fulda riverbank. The modern designed bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. Additionally, the apartment has a balcony.
The Mitte district is the center of the city of Kassel and includes, besides the vibrant city center, two other residential and commercial quarters. Here, well-preserved historic buildings blend with new, modern constructions, shopping with culture, and public facilities with service offerings.
After almost the entire district fell victim to the destruction of the Second World War, it was rebuilt in the architectural style of the 1950s and 1960s and has since undergone various phases of renovation and modernization. The city center is both a lively metropolitan hub and a place of residence for many Kassel citizens. Especially in the Entenanger/Markthalle district, which extends to the Fulda, there are many rental apartment buildings.
The third and larger district extends around Friedrich-Ebert-Straße and Königstor and continues the inner-city character. Here, attractive old buildings as well as post-war architecture and more modern buildings house a functioning mix of boutiques, cafés, trendy pubs, and apartments.

Königsstraße, the shopping mile in the center of Kassel, is the focal point of most inner-city activities and a hub for many public transport connections.
