Living with Character: 2-Room Apartment in Central Location

I am looking for a new tenant for my beautiful 2-room apartment in Marienstrasse (30171).

The apartment is very central. It is about a 3-minute walk to Aegidientorplatz.
The bedroom and living room have windows facing the back, so you cannot hear the noise from Marienstrasse.

The kitchen must be taken over with a buyout. The rest of the furniture is negotiable.
Currently, I pay 1027€ warm (including heating costs).

I am currently moving out, so the pictures do not reflect how beautiful the apartment can be.

The building is managed by Krasemann and the actual application will be handled by Krasemann.

The rent is the expected rent, but I cannot guarantee that it will remain the same.

Marienstrasse is located in the lively district of Südstadt, which impresses with a diverse community and excellent public transport connections. Several S-Bahn, U-Bahn, and tram lines provide quick access to the city center. The infrastructure is characterized by a high density of daily supply options, making the district attractive for various generations.
