Looking for a new tenant, 1-room apartment in a central location in Dortmund (44139)

From 01.12., I am looking for a reliable new tenant for my cozy 1-room apartment with approx. 35 m² on the 1st floor.

• central location in 44139 Dortmund, directly near the police headquarters
• good connections and shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity

💰 Current costs

Currently, I pay:

• 300 € cold rent
• 90 € additional costs
• approx. 85 € for electricity + gas

Electricity and gas are contracted externally and billed individually. Please note: When signing a new rental agreement, the rent will definitely increase. The exact rent amount will be determined by the landlord.

Important: The existing kitchen must remain in the apartment. The kitchen is provided free of charge, but taking it over is a prerequisite for renting.

• as a student or trainee with a corresponding parental guarantee.
NO TAKEOVER THROUGH JOBCENTER POSSIBLE!
