We are looking for a new tenant from 01.10. for our beautiful, spaciously laid-out apartment. Moving in at this date is a requirement.
The apartment features a large living room, a separate kitchen, a spacious bedroom, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, as well as a practical storage room. Almost the entire apartment has real wood parquet flooring.
Especially nice is the half-covered balcony with a wide view. The apartment also includes a private cellar compartment. The building has a communal laundry room with a washing machine and dryer as well as a garden for shared use. The house community is very pleasant and the neighbors are really nice.
Buyout: 4,000 Euro
The takeover of the existing equipment for a buyout of 4,000 Euro is mandatory. Included are:
- Built-in kitchen with Siemens fridge-freezer combination, oven, dishwasher and ceramic hob, as well as integrated AEG washing machine
- Sink cabinet
- Shelves in the storage room (flexibly adjustable)
- Balcony floor from IKEA (not completely intact) as well as sunshade mounting for the railing

Pet ownership is possible by arrangement.
At our move-in, a minimum rental period of 15 months applied. Whether this also applies to the new rental contract cannot currently be stated definitively.
Important: Only applicants who can move in on 01.10. and agree to the buyout of 4,000 Euro are sought.
