We are moving and therefore looking for a new tenant for our apartment.
What we liked here: the layout, the light on the fifth floor, and that you can get to the train station in ten minutes in the morning.
We would like to leave our fitted kitchen, the new house already has one. It is 2.5 years old and in good condition. You could also take over some pieces of furniture if you like. We will surely agree on the compensation.
What you should know: heating and hot water run on a separate contract with the energy supplier Stadtwerke Erkrath, so these costs are additional.
And the most important point: we are tenants, not landlords. The landlord is Vonovia, who also decides on the rental and final conditions. We collect interested parties and pass them on.

Erkrath-Hochdahl is located directly on the Düsseldorf city border, big city within reach, but without big city prices.
It is about a ten-minute walk to the Hochdahl-Millrath S-Bahn station, from where the S8 goes to Düsseldorf. The A3 and A46 motorways are quickly accessible.
For quick shopping, there is a small shop 150 meters away, open daily, also on Sundays, and it also accepts parcels.
For weekly shopping, you go to the Hochdahler Markt with EDEKA, and on Thursdays there is a weekly market there.
The nicest thing about the area is the Neandertal. The wildlife enclosure with bison and aurochs is about one kilometer away, free of charge, and there are hiking and cycling paths all around. The Sandheide primary school is also within walking distance.
