To ensure a fair and uncomplicated selection process, the following documents and steps are required:
- Self-disclosure: I will send this in advance. It must be fully completed and brought to the next appointment.
- Video call or personal meeting with the owner afterwards.
- Previous landlord certificate
- Proof of income for the last three months. If such proof of income is not available, a suitable guarantee is required as an alternative.
