We are looking for a new tenant from 01.12.2026, at the latest by 01.01.2027 for our beautiful 3-room apartment in Leipzig Stötteritz. The apartment is 74 sqm and is located on the 1st floor. It features a beautiful large balcony where you can relax well in the summer. Furthermore, there is a large bathroom with a bathtub and shower, as well as a guest bathroom. Another highlight of the apartment is the laundry/storage room. An underground parking space can be rented additionally for 85€ per month. We would like to sell our kitchen (Ikea) to the new tenant for 800€ (with refrigerator 1000€). It includes a dishwasher, as well as a stove, oven, and extractor hood. We currently pay a warm rent of 1,185€ per month. This may be slightly increased.
