I am looking for a new tenant for a spacious 3-room kitchen-bathroom apartment with approx. 120 m² of living space and a private garden. The apartment is available from 01.10.26.
The apartment offers plenty of space and some special advantages:
* approx. 120 m² living space
* 3 rooms, kitchen and bathroom with shower
* private garden with the possibility of individual design after consultation with the landlord
* private cellar access directly in the apartment
* private carport with direct access to the garden
* pet keeping possible after prior consultation with the landlord
* occupancy up to 4 people (max. 2 adults + 2 children), no shared flat.
The apartment includes 3 cellar rooms that are directly accessible from the apartment. The rooms are not designed as living space but offer additional practical uses.
The existing fitted kitchen must be taken over by the new tenant. The price is 750 € negotiable.
Furthermore, there is the possibility, after consultation, to take over additional furniture from the apartment. This is of course voluntary and can be discussed individually.

* Additional costs: approx. 300 € monthly
* Electricity and gas must be contracted separately by the new tenant with the respective supplier and are billed separately.
