We are looking for a new tenant for our 3-room apartment, preferably starting on 15.10.2026.
The apartment has 2 separate rooms that can be wonderfully used as bedrooms and/or an office, a large living room with access to the balcony, a fitted kitchen with dishwasher and fridge-freezer combination, and a bathroom with a large bathtub. Additionally, there is a utility room with a washing machine connection and a pantry accessible from the kitchen.
There is an intercom system with a camera in the apartment.
The residential building has 2 elevators that reach all floors, and a rooftop garden with a small playground accessible only to tenants.
Furthermore, there is a Rewe supermarket on the ground floor and an underground garage. If underground parking spaces are available, they can also be rented.
Pets are allowed upon agreement.
The address is located in the Berlin district of Marzahn. Public transport connections are provided by the S-Bahn line S7 as well as the U-Bahn lines U5 and U7. In addition, various bus and tram lines, such as line 195 or tram M6, complement the local infrastructure.
