Looking for a new tenant: Renovated 1.5-room apartment in Bockenheim, 500 € warm, from 01.11.

I am moving out and looking for a new tenant for my renovated 1.5-room apartment. I am the current tenant, not the landlord. The decision is made by the landlady, I do the pre-selection and the viewings.

The bright apartment faces the street on the 3rd floor (no elevator) and has a bathroom with a window and bathtub/shower. It is only for 1 person, non-smoker, no pets, and not for short-term rental.

KITCHEN
Sink and base cabinet can be taken over for free. Additionally, I offer for a fee (negotiable 500 €, all appliances 2-5 years old and fully functional):

Dishwasher (Bosch)
Washing machine (Sharp)
Refrigerator (OK)
Oven (Rommelsbacher)
Taking over is voluntary.

LANDLADY'S REQUIREMENTS

Employed with at least 2,000 € net income, or
Studying/training only with parental guarantee (credit check and parents' income proof)
Documents: credit report, last 3 pay slips, certificate of no rent arrears, copy of ID

In the heart of Bockenheim: supermarkets are just around the corner, Leipziger Straße with restaurants, cafés and small shops can be reached within a few minutes on foot. The Kirchplatz subway station (U6/U7) and Westbahnhof (S-Bahn, regional trains) are within walking distance, and by car you can quickly reach the A5.
