I am looking for a replacement tenant for my apartment at Alte Hafenstraße 63, right in the middle of Vegesack. The landlord agrees.

- approx. 40 m², 1 room with separate sleeping niche, 3rd floor with elevator
- New building, large windows, very bright, nice view over the old town
- Fitted kitchen with oven, ceramic hob and refrigerator
- Shower bathroom with walk-in shower
- Laminate flooring
- Washing machines and dryers in the building (WE WASH)

Costs:
- Cold rent 560 €
- Additional costs 110 € (including heating)
- Warm rent 670 €, electricity separate

Location:
Only 2 minutes on foot to Vegesack train station and bus station. Pedestrian zone, supermarkets and Weser promenade are just around the corner. Constructor University is easily reachable by bus or bicycle.

Application:

Please fill out both forms and send them back to me. Afterwards, we will arrange a viewing. I will forward the documents to the landlord, who will conclude the rental contract directly with the replacement tenant.
