The apartment extends over three generously sized rooms. The open design and numerous windows create a bright and friendly living atmosphere with diverse usage possibilities.
As part of a comprehensive modernization in 2020, the apartment was upgraded and is in very well-kept condition. The rooms are flexible for use as living, sleeping, or work areas and offer plenty of space for individual furnishing ideas.
There is no balcony or terrace. As an alternative, residents have access to a quiet, communal courtyard that invites relaxation outdoors. A separate basement room also provides additional storage space.
The fitted kitchen from the year 2026 must be taken over by the new tenant with a transfer fee.
The apartment will be available to you in autumn after further arrangement.
