Taking over on 15.10. is also possible.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and is accessible by elevator.
The apartment consists of a hallway, bedroom, bathroom, and a kitchen/living area with a large terrace.
The original Nobilia kitchen must be taken over for 2400€, see photo.

An underground parking space can be rented additionally for 70€. Accessible by elevator.
