We are renting out our bright 3-room new-build apartment on the 7th and top floor, preferably to a couple.
The rental is initially limited to 6 months (an extension and takeover as the main tenant is likely possible).
The warm rent of 2,300 euros consists of 1,850 euros cold rent, 350 euros additional costs (electricity included here), and 100 euros for the underground parking space.
