The furnishings are in maple-anthracite/black glass. Decoration and linens are not provided. Kitchen equipment can be borrowed.
Due to the west-north-east orientation, the apartment remains cool even in summer. Thanks to the high ceilings and large roof windows, the apartment feels unusually spacious.
If needed, a parking space in a private underground garage about 200 m from the building can be rented additionally.
By car, you can drive to the building from 7:00 to 11:00 and from 18:00 to 20:00 to unload shopping.
A bicycle can be stored in the basement. A washing machine can also be installed there.
Around the building you will find bakeries, snack bars, and the full range of shops in the pedestrian zone. A large supermarket is about 500 m away at the bus station. The city train station is about a 10-minute walk.
