In our new building project at Melibocusstraße 48 in Frankfurt-Niederrad, a modern multi-family house with a total of 39 rental apartments is being built in the Adolf-Miersch-Siedlung. The five-storey new building will be constructed on a plot of approximately 1,350 m² and includes bright, generously sized 2- to 4-room apartments with living areas from about 53.50 m² to about 113.50 m². Completion is scheduled for 2027.

The apartment offer includes both privately financed and subsidized apartments, thus providing suitable living space for different life situations. A total of eight apartments are designed to be barrier-free. Each apartment has a balcony or a loggia, the ground floor apartments additionally offer a rental garden, and the apartments on the top floor have a balcony or a roof terrace.

The communal and practical areas have also been designed for a contemporary everyday living experience. There are 14 underground parking spaces available for rent for the apartments. Additionally, there is an outdoor parking space for a car-sharing vehicle.

The energy supply of the new building is provided by an energy-efficient heat pump for drinking and heating water heating as well as for low-temperature surface heating. Additionally, the roof is equipped with a photovoltaic system. This allows residents to use locally and environmentally friendly generated green electricity directly on site at fair green electricity prices and reduce their electricity consumption from the public grid. The building is constructed as an Efficiency House 40, combining modern living comfort with a contemporary and energy-efficient building concept.
