This 3-room apartment is located on the ground floor of our 6-family house in Forstfeld. We are currently modernizing the apartment and in this process equipping the bathroom with a walk-in shower. Furthermore, we are updating the apartment's electrical system to the latest standards and laying modern linoleum flooring. The walls will be prepared for wallpapering, allowing you to design them individually.
The relatively small district of Forstfeld is located on the southeastern city border between the districts of Bettenhausen and Waldau. The dominant residential building type in the settlement areas developed since the 1930s is single-family and two-family houses with garden plots. Only in the Heinrich-Steul settlement, built in the 1970s, are multi-storey rental apartment buildings found.
Along Leipziger Straße, the main traffic artery running through the northern part of the district, there are service providers and retailers. It is also the direct connection to the city center or the highway.
In Forstbachweg, which runs through the districts of Forstfeld and Lindenberg, there is still a small and fine local center with public facilities for children and youth and offers sufficient shopping opportunities. Here and around the Lindenberg senior residence, there are green areas for walking and relaxing.
The connection to public transport is optimal. Both by tram and bus, you can quickly and conveniently reach the city center of Kassel.
