New Build EDGE - 4-Room Apartment for Your Family in Horn-Lehe

The EDGE is currently under construction. The rental start date is planned for 01.08.2027.

Renting is already underway: consultation meetings take place in our EDGE showroom, and rental contracts will be signed later this year.

With EDGE, a modern new building project with a total of 20 high-quality rental apartments is being created in Bremen Horn-Lehe. The 1- to 4-room apartments with living areas from approx. 30 m² to approx. 111 m² offer well-thought-out layouts, high-quality fittings, and modern living comfort.
