New Build Riedbogen - Living Close to Nature in Bergen-Enkheim - 4xC

In our new construction project Riedbogen in the new development area "Leuchte," a modern residential quarter with a total of 102 high-quality rental apartments is being created. The 2nd construction phase, with a total of 44 residential units, is expected to be ready for occupancy by 01.02.2027. The housing offer includes 15 privately financed apartments as well as 29 subsidized apartments under subsidy path 1 and subsidy path 2, thus providing attractive living space for different life situations.
