New Build Riedbogen - Living Close to Nature in Bergen-Enkheim - 4xH

In our new building project Riedbogen in the new development area "Leuchte," a modern residential quarter with a total of 102 high-quality rental apartments is being created. The 2nd construction phase, with a total of 44 residential units, is expected to be ready for occupancy by 01.02.2027. The apartment offer includes 15 market-rate apartments as well as 29 subsidized apartments under subsidy path 1 and subsidy path 2, thus providing attractive living space for different life situations.
